Here is a quick run down of how we typically produce funeral videos for our clients:

Our client contacts us through our website usually requesting pricing for our funeral video services Brisbane. Although we also provide funeral photography and other funeral services as shown in our website menu, the bulk of our work is capturing funeral videos.

At the time of your enquiry we make sure you have been able to download our pricing information and follow up with a text message if there is any further information you need.

Once you are ready to book we send you our account details for you to make payment for the services. We request you send us a screenshot of the payment transfer so that we can lock in the time and date.

We typically arrive at the funeral around an hour before we are due to start setting up. Our set up takes around 20 to 30 minutes.

We set up our main lectern camera and our wide angle camera as well as around 2 to 3 audio recorders to capture the best sound. We then move to the back of the venue / church to wait for the guests to arrive.

We back up our funeral video files and digital photographs to 2 to 3 hard drives and depending whether you have invested in the RAW files or a fully edited film. We start video editing within the next working days or copy the footage / photos to a USB stick and send it to the address you have requested.

If we are editing and post production a fully edited funeral video, we will deliver that via a private online link to you within 7 to 14 days unless you have made a request otherwise.
